Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, cerca un F&B Support Expert/Commis de Rang per coprire i servizi di ristorazione nei quattro outlets. L’incarico è a tempo pieno, 5 giorni a settimana, con inizio previsto a novembre. Retribuzione annua di 22.700 EUR.

Il candidato ideale possiede una passione per l’ospitalità di lusso, una personalità calorosa e-capacità di lavorare in team; si richiede buona conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese.

Formación

• Esperienza pregressa nel settore ospitalità è utile.

Responsabilidades

• Servire cibo e bevande agli ospiti.
• Garantire un servizio autentico ed efficiente e verificare la soddisfazione del cliente.
• Supportare il team nell’allestimento e gestione del servizio.
• Preparare e riassortire l’inventario dell’outlet.
• Pulire tavoli, chiudere i turni e riordinare tavoleria e forniture.
• Verificare la pulizia e la presentazione di porcellane, bicchieri e posate.
• Seguire procedure operative e linee guida del brand.
• Garantire conformità a standard di qualità e igiene.

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.


• The starting date is estimated in November.

We look for people who love to create memorable experiences around food and drink and to leave a mark on the F&B department.

What You’ll Do

• Serve food and beverage items to guests.


• Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.


• Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.


• Prepare and restock outlet inventory.


• Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies.


• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use.


• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.


• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.


• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

What you’ll need:

• Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.


• A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.


• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.


• A safety-first approach.


• Positive outlook and dependability.


• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
