Job summary

Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale is seeking an F&B Outlet Manager for one of Milan’s premier lifestyle rooftops. The role focuses on maximizing revenue through guest upselling and leading a team to deliver exceptional service aligned with Hyatt’s standards.

The candidate will ensure brand promise delivery, manage guest and internal inquiries, and foster strong relationships with guests and colleagues. Willingness to spend time in Outlet during peak periods is essential.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional guest service, reinforcing Hyatt values.
• Minimum 2 years progressive hotel/related field experience; 2-year degree and 3+ years related experience.
• Strong F&B service experience.
• Must convey information clearly.
• Must perform under high-pressure situations with composure.
• Ability to listen, clarify, and resolve guest and staff concerns.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Upsell to guests at each opportunity to maximize revenue.
• Support staff to deliver the brand promise and exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest and internal inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale is looking for a brilliant F&B Outlet Manager for one of Milan’s most beautiful lifestyle rooftops.

He/she has a natural flair for lifestyle hospitality and strong communicational skills. The role involves actively up selling to each guest at each correct opportunity to maximize revenue and works to achieve personal and team related revenue and service goals.

He/she assists to ensure that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. He/she handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

He/she will maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships maintaining good customer relationships.

He/she will spends time in the Outlet (during peak periods) to ensure that the Outlet is managed well by the respective employees and functions to the fullest expectations.

Qualifications

• To ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times, reinforcing Hyatt's Values and culture characteristics


• At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience.


• Strong experience in F&B service


• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.


• Must work well in stressful high pressure situations maintaining composure and objectivity under pressure.


• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.


• Must be effective at listening to understanding clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.


• Familiar with the general organization of a Hotel and know the function of each department.


• Communicates in a timely and efficient manner possess strong communication skills excellent speaking reading and writing skills computer skills and basic technological acumen.


• Knowledge with forecasting budgeting labor management and purchasing to ensure maximum productivity


• Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers employees and other departments.


• Italian and English speaker
