Allianz Italia cerca un professionista per supportare Non-Motor Actuarial Pricing con analisi guidate dai dati e prototipi ML mirati agli obiettivi di business. Lavorerai con team cross-funzionali per ingestione, trasformazione ed esplorazione dei dati e per costruire modelli rilevanti.

Contribuirai allo sviluppo di dashboard BI per rischio e portafoglio, implementando Radar Base Projects e regole di tariffe, sconti e rinnovo in Radar Live, in linea con specifiche tecniche.

Qualifications

• PhD o master in un campo quantitativo.
• Almeno 5 anni in ruoli simili.
• Programmazione in Python, SAS o R.
• Esperienza con Pandas o SQL.
• Familiarità con gradient boosting machines e modelli lineari.
• Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e interfacciarsi con gli stakeholder.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese.
• Conoscenza della Tower Watson Suite: Emblem, Radar.

Responsibilities

• Ingestione, trasformazione, esplorazione e pulizia dei dati.
• Progettare soluzioni di data science per obiettivi di business.
• Costruire e prototipare modelli ML e supportare il deployment.
• Modellare il comportamento del cliente tramite analisi di mercato e concorrenti.
• Sviluppare dashboard BI per rischio e gestione del portafoglio.
• Implementare Radar Base Projects per analisi di impatto/test di scenari.
• Implementare tariffe, sconti, regole UW e rinnovo in Radar Live secondo specifiche.
• Ricerca e sviluppo per nuove soluzioni tecnologiche.

Overview

In this role, you support Non-Motor Actuarial Pricing across data-driven analyses to inform business decisions. You work with cross-functional teams to ingest, transform, and explore data, and you prototype ML solutions aligned with business objectives. You model customer behavior using market insights and help implement dashboards for risk and portfolio management. You will contribute to Radar Live projects and tariff/discount rules, driving technical innovation and solution delivery.

Responsabilità

• - Data ingestion, transformation, exploration, and cleaning
• - Structure data science solutions to meet business objectives
• - Build and prototype ML models and support deployment

• - Develop and enhance dashboards and BI tools for risk analysis and portfolio management
• - Implement Radar Base Projects for Impact Analysis/Scenario Testing

Requisiti fondamentali

• - PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field
