Allianz Italia cerca un professionista esperto in analisi di pricing per supportare l'Ufficio Attuariale Non Motor, con competenze avanzate in data science. La figura lavorerà su data ingestion, trasformazione, esplorazione dati e sviluppo di modelli ML, anche per implementazione in Radar Live, collaborando con diversi stakeholder interni.

Richiesta una forte capacità di analisi, autonomia e padronanza di strumenti come Python/SAS/R, Pandas e SQL, nonché conoscenza di Emblem e Radar.

Qualifications

• Titolo di studio avanzato in campo quantitativo (PhD o Master).
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi di analisi e pricing.
• Conoscenza pratica di Python, SAS o R per analisi dati.
• Esperienza con Pandas o SQL per manipolazione dati.
• Conoscenza di tecniche ML come gradient boosting e modelli lineari.

Responsibilities

• Supporto all'Ufficio Attuariale Non Motor nell'analisi di pricing.
• Gestione data ingestion, trasformazione e pulizia dati.
• Progettazione di soluzioni data-driven per obiettivi di business.
• Costruzione e prototipazione di modelli ML e supporto al loro deployment.
• Modellizzazione comportamento clienti tramite analisi di mercato.
• Implementazione di dashboard e BI per analisi di rischio e portafoglio.
• Realizzazione di Radar Base per Impact Analysis/Scenario Testing.
• Implementazione di tariffazione, sconti e regole UW in Radar Live.
• Ricerca e sviluppo di nuove soluzioni tecniche.

Job Purpose/Role

The candidate would be required to provide support to the Non Motor Actuarial Office across the full spectrum of Pricing analysis.

The Individual's Key Responsibilities Are Listed Below

• Support the data ingestion and data transformation procedures
• Data exploration, transformation and cleaning procedures
• Structuring data science solutions to achieve a given set of business objectives
• Build and prototype analysis and Machine Learning models and support their implementation and deployment in the systems of the company
• Model customers' behavior based on market and competitors' analysis
• Implement and enhance dashboards and business intelligence tools to support risk analysis and portfolio management
• Implementation of Radar Base Projects for Impact Analysis/Scenario Testing
• Implementation of the tariff (both Technical and Commercial), discount, UW rules, renewal process in Radar Live in accordance with technical specification provided by Pricing Actuaries, Product Development and Anti-Fraud people
• Doing Research and Development to find new technical solutions

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field (i.e. computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics or engineering)
• At least 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Good hands-on knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, SAS or R)
• Experience with Pandas or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques like gradient boosting machines and linear models
• Passion and ability for data exploration, analysis and modelling in order to design and develop systems to support strategic business decisions
• Preferably knowledge of the Tower Watson Suite: Emblem, Radar
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders

Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 45.000,00 gross and € 55.000,00 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement. The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
