Allianz Technology seeks an Expert Mobile Developer to design, develop, and release mobile apps using Flutter for iOS and Android, plus maintain Angular-based web applications. You will release apps to Apple App Store and Google Play, implement security, and collaborate on cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

The role emphasizes AI-enhanced development, modern design patterns, and continuous learning within a hybrid work model, including international remote days.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years as a mobile app developer with Flutter on iOS/Android.
• Experience releasing apps to App Store and Google Play.
• Strong Angular experience for web apps.
• Backend knowledge with Java/SpringBoot.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong RESTful API design and Git version control.

About the Job

As an Expert Mobile App Developer at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and releasing mobile applications with the Flutter framework across the iOS and Android platforms for our partner projects, including building, releasing, and managing those applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as maintaining and developing Angular-based web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality,performant, and secure solutions that follow best practices. Additionally, you willoperatewith AI as a force multiplier, using AI coding assistants daily and integrating AI/ML capabilities to enhance application functionality and drive innovation across the SDW stack.

What you do

• Design, develop, and release mobile applications with the Flutter framework across the iOS and Android platforms for our partner projects.

• Build, release, and manage applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Maintain and develop Angular-based web applications.

• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in mobile and web development.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

• Use AI as a force multiplier - use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants daily for development, testing, documentation, and code review, and integrate AI/ML capabilities (LLM APIs, intelligent automation, AI-enhanced UX) into applications across the SDW stack.

• Expert in enterprise application design, with the ability to initiate and apply up-to-date design patterns and effectively presents solutions to all stakeholders.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 7 years of experience as a Mobile App Developer, with strong proficiency in the Flutter framework and the iOS and Android platforms.

• Knowledge of how to release and manage applications in the app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

• Very good expertise in Angular, able to maintain and develop Angular-based applications.

• Experience with back-end technologies such as Java and SpringBoot.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.

• Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making.

• Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent).

• Strong capability to critically review AI-generated results, challenge outputs when needed, and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
