Baker Hughes in Lombardia (Talamona) seeks a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Prod Process and Equip to develop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components, collaborating with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.

You will define machining strategies, select tools, support new products, analyze performance, and maintain process docs while upholding safety standards and delivering continuous improvement.

Competenze

• CAM programming experience for multi-axis CNC machines (e.g., 5-axis milling, mill-turn).
• Strong knowledge of CAM software and machining processes.
• Fluent in English and Italian and able to work in cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components using CAD/CAM software.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and robustness.
• Define machining strategies and tool selection to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Support introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing.
• Analyze machining performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update process documentation, including setup sheets and tool lists.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical production support.
• Evaluate new CAM technologies and software capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Act as CAM reference within the Manufacturing Engineering team.
