Six Senses Rome is seeking a high-caliber Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, leading the kitchen and stewarding teams to deliver exceptional, locally inspired culinary experiences.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian with good English, drive menu execution, uphold Six Senses standards, manage budgets, and train staff. Salary range €30,000–€35,000; full-time, on-site in Rome.

To execute the position of Executive Sous Chef, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2-4 years kitchen experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
