Job summary

Mama Shelter Group in Como, Italy, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen with passion and creativity. You will set up dishes, ensure top quality, and train the team while upholding Mama’s values in every plate.

You replace the Chef de Cuisine when needed, supervise the kitchen, manage storage and resources, and guarantee hygiene and proper equipment use. The role offers a permanent/fixed-term contract under CCNL Tourism with a competitive salary and dynamic international environment.

The Mission

• Like Granny's dishes from our childhood, our cuisine is generous & of the best quality. In this way, you are responsible for setting up the dishes and respecting the values of Mama.
• You are responsible for the quality of service, storage and cleaning in the kitchen, as well as food storage.
• You control and ensure the proper storage of supplies.
• You replace the Chef de Cuisine in case of an absence and you assist them in all of their functions.
• You motivate and supervise the kitchen team.
• You respect hygiene standards and guarantee the proper use of equipment.
