Job summary

Infront Productions in Milan is seeking an Executive Producer (m/f/d) 80–100% to shape and deliver outstanding sports productions and engaging content for Infront Productions. You will drive editorial direction across live broadcasts, international sports productions, documentaries, digital series and other original content.

You will collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to maintain high production standards, develop junior team members and contribute creatively to pitches, briefs

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Experience in multilateral productions delivering world feeds and multi‑purpose shoulder content.
• Experience on production centre‑based projects delivering international services.
• Excellent research and writing skills with ability to produce editorial documentation (MROs, guidelines, scripts, briefs).
• Strong knowledge of sport and ability to adapt editorial decisions quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading editorial direction for live broadcasts, post‑produced formats and originals across platforms.
• Managing editorial projects from concept to delivery with content planning, research and scripting.
• Preparing and maintaining editorial production documentation (MROs, guidelines, briefs, QC reports).
• Supporting Business Development with pitches, treatment decks and editorial content for RFPs.
• Overseeing quality control processes for live and non‑live content to ensure high standards.
• Supervising post‑production workflows and guiding editors, designers and sound designers to high quality deliverables.
• Collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams to meet creative and operational goals.
• Other tasks as required.
