The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, health club and laundry tasks where applicable. You will oversee cleanliness, staff schedules and inspection programs to maintain luxury standards.

The role requires leadership to drive guest satisfaction, manage costs and collaborate with engineering and front desk teams in a premium lakeside hotel setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years' housekeeping experience.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field; no work experience required.

Mansioni

• Manage housekeeping operations and inspections to ensure guestroom standards.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering on maintenance needs.
• Supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and staff performance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for departmental expenses.
