The Hire Ground partnered with Hotel Sorrento to identify a General Manager to lead a premium, multi-venue hospitality operation on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. The role covers seven F&B outlets and premium accommodation, with full P&L accountability and a high-season tempo.

Candidate experience in senior hospitality leadership, strong commercial acumen, and willingness to relocate to coastal Victoria are essential for this privately owned business seeking a values-led, hands-on leader.

Competenze

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior multi-site hospitality leader.
Strong multi-venue leadership background with premium accommodation experience.
Experience operating in high-volume, seasonally driven environments.
Genuine commercial acumen with a track record of driving performance.
Willing to relocate to coastal Victoria and work in privately owned business.
