Hotel Sorrento in Australia seeks an experienced Bars Operations Manager to lead a dynamic bar portfolio across iconic venues. You will oversee the Bar management team, work with the Beverage Manager, and drive operational and financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

This senior, hands-on role requires a passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver strong commercial results in a fast-paced environment.

Hotel Sorrento is looking for an experienced Bars Operations Manager to take the lead and oversee some of the Mornington Peninsula's most iconic bars: Salt, Front Bar, Rooftop, Shi Hui Shi Bar, Pool Bar, Lounge Bar and our new Lobby Bar.

This senior, hands-on role will work alongside the Beverage Manager and lead the Bar management team and is accountable for the department’s operational and financial performance, workforce, guest experience and service standards.

What you’ll do:

From busy summer trading and major events to the ever-changing demands of the business,, you’ll ensure we have theright people, resources and plans in placeto deliver consistently.
