Monks in Milan is seeking a Group Creative Director to partner with leadership, steer strategic, creative excellence across campaigns, and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

You will advance AI-enabled workflows, shape narrative strategies, and drive pitches to C-suite clients while aligning with business goals. The role spans strategy, production, and client-facing work, with a track record in social, digital activations, and branded content.

Competenze

• 10+ years of creative agency experience in Art Direction, Copywriting, or Creative Director roles.
• Fluency in Italian and English at business level.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools, including LLMs, audio/voice optimization, and AI concepting platforms.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with proven client-facing success.

Mansioni

• Supervise end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, video, and branded content channels
• Lead and mentor Copywriters, Art Directors, and Designers to maintain quality and continuity
• Align with agency leadership to expand commercial opportunities and pitch to C-suite clients
• Craft and present narrative strategies, brand voice guidelines, and visual language for client engagements
• Drive the Innovation Roadmap by embedding generative AI tools into daily creative workflows
• Collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, and Production to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee resource management balancing artistic quality with project efficiency
• Monitor industry trends and technology shifts to keep output ahead of the curve
