Little Rey in Piedmont Heights is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and culinary team in a vibrant, casual setting. You will direct production and plating from the pass, oversee catering and purchasing, and drive guest satisfaction through quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes culinary leadership, staff development, and budget-conscious operations, with a competitive compensation up to $120K/year plus bonus potential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive culinary experience preferred, five of which are in senior management.
• The Executive Chef leads the entire culinary team and directs day-to-day operations of production, prep, catering, purchasing and receiving.
• Must foster an educational environment to develop all culinary staff and meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage.

Mansioni

• Lead the culinary team and manage day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, plating and service.
