Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive culinary experience preferred, five of which are in senior management.
• The Executive Chef leads the entire culinary team and directs day-to-day operations of production, prep, catering, purchasing and receiving.
• Must foster an educational environment to develop all culinary staff and meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team and manage day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, plating and service.
• Direct catering and purchasing/receiving to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Train line cooks and ensure consistency in recipes and presentation.
