We are looking for an exceptional, self-driven Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in our fast-growing EU Stores Retail Hardlines organization. This is a high-impact role that calls for attention to detail, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting tight deadlines. The right person brings a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, stays composed under pressure, and treats confidential information with the highest discretion. You will act as a seamless extension of the leader you support and partner closely with other Executive Assistants across the organization. Success in this role means anticipating needs before they arise, driving process improvements that create capacity for the leadership team, and building trusted relationships at every level of the company. The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
