Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking an events professional to coordinate group and client events from planning through execution. You will work with the Sales, Catering, and Banquets teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a luxury resort.

Responsibilities include logistics coordination, client support, meetings participation, and revenue optimization through up-selling, while ensuring accurate billing and seamless service for every function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or CMP certification preferred but not required, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar luxury resort event role.
• Strong experience in event management for hotel/resort settings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for assigned groups with hotel departments to ensure seamless events.
• Provide personalized client support and maintain detailed event records.
• Attend and participate in client and staff meetings to plan events.
• Finalize bookings, maximize revenue through up-selling, and ensure accurate billing (Banquet Checks).
• Negotiate proposals with clients to achieve revenue goals while meeting contractual needs.
• Supervise banquet execution and liaise with venue staff to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities and space, assist with guest inquiries, and support EVENTS/Catering teams as needed.
• Mentor Administrative staff and liaise with external vendors for client needs.
