UNICEF Rome seeks an Information Associate (G-6) to enhance evaluation communication and utilization, providing procedural, administrative, and operational support. You will manage platforms like the Evaluation Reports Database, website, and social channels, while coordinating copyeditors, translators, designers, and photographers to disseminate evaluation products effectively.

Required are six years of admin experience and strong knowledge management, with English as a must; additional language

Competenze

• Six years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience.
• Experience with Knowledge Management, Content Strategy, SharePoint, and Social Media Management.
• Experience in research assistance, communication, and advocacy is a distinct asset.
• Experience within UNICEF or the broader UN system is desirable.

Mansioni

• Maintain UNICEF’s evaluation knowledge exchange platforms (Evaluation Reports Database, Evaluation website, SharePoint sites, Community of Practice, social channels).
• Identify user needs, research information, and continuously update and manage platforms.
• Support initiatives to strengthen uptake of evaluation evidence by roster management of copyeditors, translators, designers, photographers.
• Provide research support such as document searches and background material compilation.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting uptake of evidence and help design a monitoring framework.
