Job summary

Tosca is seeking a Transport Planner for a fixed-term contract to coordinate and optimize end-to-end order processing and fulfillment across Europe. The role focuses on transport planning, communication with customers and partners, and continuous improvement of logistics operations.

The position offers a 9-12 month contract with opportunities to influence routing, costs, and service levels while working from multiple European sites, including Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning.
• Experience working with customers and logistics service providers is desirable.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing and fulfillment, including transport planning.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Optimize transport routes and logistics to reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Support stock availability across the network.
• Maximize service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to department and individual performance targets.
• Work with a European team to improve logistics operations across Europe.
• Manage ocean freight imports (FCL and LCL) from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and review freight documentation and customs declarations.
• Coordinate cargo bookings with shipping lines and inland transportation.
