The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 3–5 years in transport or logistics, fluent English (B2), strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with senior management.

Competenze

• Engineering degree (5 years) mandatory.
• 3–5 years work experience in transport and/or logistics positions.
• English language (B2) with speaking, listening and writing proficiency.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with cross-functional view.
• Planning multi-layer network setups and cost/service trade-offs.
• Project management: lead or support cross-functional projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with senior management.
• Influencing and persuasion skills with evidence-based reasoning.
