FedEx is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive Planning & Engineering activities for the European Road Network, primarily focused on Italy, with region-wide support. The role is based in Turin, Italy, and offers exposure to senior management and cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate has an Engineering degree and 3–5 years in transport/logistics, with strong English (B2) and analytical, planning, and presentation skills. Training and career growth are emphasized.

Competenze

• Engineering degree (5 years) mandatory.
• 3–5 years in transport or logistics positions.
• English language at least B2, speaking, listening and writing.
• Analytical with data-driven decisions and cross-functional view.
• Planning multi-layer network plans balancing costs and service levels.
• Project management: lead or support cross-functional projects.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for upper management presentations.
• Influencing and persuasion with fact-based arguments.
