Yibi Precision is seeking an entrepreneurial technical professional to pioneer MIM technology adoption and drive European industrial markets. This is not a traditional sales role; you will bridge Yibi’s engineering in China with European manufacturing needs, positioning Yibi as the preferred partner for complex metal components.

You will lead go-to-market strategy, design-for-manufacturability sessions, and strategic client acquisition, building a robust pipeline.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
5+ years in technical business development or application engineering in precision manufacturing.
Proven track record of introducing new manufacturing technologies.
Native or full professional proficiency in both German and English.

Mansioni

Develop and execute a Go‑to‑Market strategy to establish MIM leadership in Europe.
Lead DfM sessions with client engineering teams to optimize designs.
Build a pipeline of opportunities through market mapping and outreach.
Represent Yibi at conferences and develop technical case studies.
