Yibi Precision in Milano is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support MIM and precision metal components for global industrial and technology-driven clients.

You will collaborate with engineering, tooling, production, quality, and commercial teams to review feasibility, develop samples, and drive process improvements.

Competenze

• Experience in manufacturing of metal components, MIM or related fields.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, tolerances, and specs.
• Practical problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Strong communication to work with engineering, production and quality teams.
• Eagerness to learn MIM manufacturing processes.

Mansioni

• Review customer drawings and specs for manufacturability.
• Support DFM review, sample development, and trial production for MIM components.
• Collaborate with tooling, production and quality to identify risks and improvements.
• Assist in new product introduction from evaluation to mass production.
• Analyze production issues and improve process stability and yield.
• Help optimize processes across materials, tooling, sintering, machining, finishing, and QC.
• Prepare technical documents, process records, and reports.
• Coordinate with teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Support continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency.
