Regeneron is seeking a strategic leader to manage European market access, aligning with global objectives and country needs. The role drives pricing, reimbursement, and HTA strategies while engaging payers across Europe and shaping regional access tools and evidence plans.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor payer trends, engage stakeholders, and support negotiations. Fluency in English is required, with additional European language skills preferred.

Competenze

• Ten years’ pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
• Regional market access launch experience across competitive therapeutic areas.
• Proven European pricing, reimbursement, HTA, and negotiation success.
• Experience developing and adapting economic models for regional and national submissions.
• In-depth knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement challenges.
• Fluent English; another European language and neurology experience advantageous.
