Grünenthal Group is seeking a Global HEOR Lead to shape and execute high-quality health economics strategies supporting reimbursement and access for pipelines and in-market assets. You will drive integrated evidence planning across Market Access, Medical Affairs and R&D to embed payer-relevant endpoints throughout development.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of HEOR and Real-World Evidence experience.
• Proven track record in developing and publishing economic models and real-world evidence.
• Experience leading early payer engagement and HTA submissions with meaningful value recognition.
• Experience managing complex projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience within specialty medicine.
• Strategic and analytical mindset; connect local with global priorities.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive and innovative approach to evidence generation and market access.

• Develop integrated evidence strategies including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling.
• Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D to embed payer-relevant endpoints.
• Co-lead evidence-generation projects and publish results.
• Drive early payer engagement and support HTA submissions (e.g., AMNOG, NICE, JCA).
• Lead development of economic models, value materials and tools for launch and negotiations.
• Integrate country requirements into global strategies for affiliate commercialization.
• Build relationships with external HEOR experts and policymakers.
