Mindray in Milan, Italy is seeking an Endoscopy Technical Expert to support our expanding European Endoscopy business. You will troubleshoot, repair, install and train across Europe, acting as the technical authority for complex cases.

Travel across Europe is required; you will collaborate with distributors and service engineers, bridging local teams with Mindray's Global Technical Services to raise technical capability regionally.

Competenze

• Has deep technical expertise in endoscopy equipment and systems.
• Can confidently diagnose, troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues.
• Enjoys teaching, coaching and developing distributors and service engineers.
• Is comfortable travelling extensively across Europe to support customers and partners onsite when required.
• Has experience supporting medical devices within operating room or procedural environments.
• Brings previous clinical endoscopy knowledge or experience (highly advantageous, but not essential).

• Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve endoscopy technical issues across Europe.
• Provide technical training, installations and escalations for Mindray endoscopy solutions.
• Bridge gaps between local service teams, distributor engineers and Mindray's Global Technical Services organization to build regional capability.
