Marsh is seeking a Talent Solution Leader for Europe to drive a pan‑European talent practice at the intersection of strategic HR advisory and people science. The role combines commercial leadership with deep subject‑matter expertise in assessment, leadership development and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in human capital consulting, 7+ years in senior leadership, and a track record of selling €3M+ annually while leading cross‑border teams and engaging C‑suite

Competenze

15+ years in human capital / talent consulting with clear trajectory to senior leadership.
Pan‑European operating experience with cross‑border teams and multiple European regions.
Client portfolio including FTSE 100 / DAX / CAC 40 / Euro Stoxx 50 with some Board/CEO exposure.

Mansioni

Lead the European Talent Practice across pan‑European remit, overseeing assessment, development and advisory work.
Credibly sell into CHROs and Boards while driving practice growth and revenue.
Integrate data, tech, and AI into traditional talent advisory services to enhance outcomes.
Drive transformation initiatives including succession planning, workforce strategy and org design.
