Job summary

Nord Pool, part of Euronext, is seeking a Western & Central Europe Market Analyst for its International Graduate Programme (V.I.E) in Milan. The 12-month assignment starts January 2027 and reports to the Executive Vice President.

You will perform market and participant analyses, support data management, and help expand Nord Pool’s presence in Western and Central Europe. Fluent English is required; energy or financial markets interest is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or engineering.
• Fluent in English; French or German appreciated.
• Interest or experience in energy or financial markets with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn Power BI and other software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and market participant analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Perform data management and back-office tasks for the team.
• Support event organization and participation in external forums and conferences.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand industry trends and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Product Management.
