Job summary

Nord Pool in Milan is seeking a proactive analyst to support growth across Western and Central Europe. You will conduct market analyses, manage data back-office tasks, and engage with customers and stakeholders to capture trends. The role provides international exposure and collaboration with Market, Operations and Product teams.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or German is a plus, and you will participate in events and external forums to shape regional offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in energy or financial markets.
• Degree in business or engineering.
• Fluent in English; French or German appreciated.
• Structured, analytical, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Nord Pool's presence in Western and Central Europe.
• Support Market Manager in expanding regional business.
• Conduct market, participant and related analyses.
• Handle back-office data management for the team.
• Assist in event organization and participation.
• Engage with customers and external stakeholders to capture demands and trends.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Management teams.
• Participate in external forums, trade fairs and conferences.
