Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management seeks a Client Service representative to deliver exceptional service to clients across Europe, including Italy.

You will coordinate with Sales, Sales Support and Operations to resolve queries and manage onboarding, AML/KYC processes, and client communications. The role requires fluency in French, English and Italian, with a strong client-service mindset and the ability to operate across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French, English and Italian with excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience in client servicing within financial services is required.
• Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned markets, supporting Sales & Sales Support and coordinating with Operational Teams.
• Drive onboarding processes including AML/KYC for allocated clients in collaboration with Sales and Operations.
• Attend client meetings and trainings; communicate significant client issues and document/escalate appropriately.
• Handle queries, errors and complaints with high quality standards and timely responses.
• Review and improve service performance; inform clients about changes, regulations, or JPM policies.
