Job summary

Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor for its Italian operations. The role focuses on achieving budgeted targets and protecting the Brand image across its reference stores in line with company standards.

You will analyze store performance and provide tactical, timely responses to diverse local needs. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in similar roles, strong English (C1) skills, and is fully available to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieves business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promotes growth of stores in its reference area, in compliance with company guidelines.
• Manages all costs consistently with the allocated budget.
• Maintains and improves the image of the points of sale and guarantees customer service level in line with Brand standards.
• Manages POS staff selection, development and task assignment aligned with business objectives.
• Monitors activities in stores to implement quick solutions while staying aligned with business objectives.
• Promotes staff knowledge through training on products, customers, sales techniques, and Brand touchpoints.
• Manages resources (people, costs and investments).
• Promotes digital technologies within the role for process management and stakeholder relations.
• Advocates sustainable development practices across environment, processes and community.
