Job summary

RINA seeks an Internship - Engineering Project Manager in Genova to support Environmental & Social Impact Assessments and related advisory services. You will participate in tender analysis, proposal drafting, and the full project lifecycle within an international, multidisciplinary team.

The role offers exposure to budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and KPI development while working with project engineers and external consultants in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ESIA processes and international E&S standards is a plus.
• Strong problem solving in multidisciplinary settings.
• Analytical, quantitative skills for KPI analysis.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Proposal support: analyse tender docs and draft sections of technical and financial proposals.
• Project support: assist in preparing plans, schedules and trackers.
• Budget and performance: track costs, prepare variance reports and KPIs.
• Risk and quality: maintain risk logs and quality checklists.
• Client and team coordination: attend meetings, take minutes, coordinate with engineers.
• Documentation: maintain project records and progress reports.
• Process innovation: test digital tools to improve PM processes.
