Job summary

RINA, a global knowledge company with a 160-year heritage, invites applications for an Internship - Engineering Project Manager (E&S/ESIA) to join the ESG and Sustainability Project Management Division in Genoa.

As an intern, you will support proposals and projects related to Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle from tender analysis to reporting in an international, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ESIA processes and international environmental standards.
• Ability to analyze proposals and project performance with statistics and KPIs.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with openness to digital tools and new technologies.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management principles including scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal preparation and tender analysis.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and deliverable trackers.
• Monitor budgets and prepare variance reports and KPIs.
• Maintain risk logs and quality checklists.
• Coordinate with project engineers, discipline leaders and external consultants.
• Draft progress and final project reports.
• Suggest digital tools and improved methods for proposal and project management.
