Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst in Lombardy, Italy. You will work with SMEs to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Odoo implementations tailored to client goals.

The role combines analytical thinking with client interaction, ranging from configuring modules to delivering training and workshops across industries. Hybrid work is available, with on-site and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

Undergraduate students or fresh graduates with a maximum of six months experience.
Knowledge of Italian (C2) and English (C1).
Analytical thinking.
Project management.
Technical affinity: familiarity with data analysis tools, Excel, or BI platforms.

Responsibilities

Implementation of Odoo: analyze client needs, design customized solutions to optimize business process efficiency, and configure workflows to improve client firms.
Partner Network Management: support and grow the Odoo partner community by contributing to the training, certification and development of Italian firms.
Training & Support: share product knowledge and expertise through internal and external training sessions, workshops and events.
Product Improvement & Development: collaborate with Product Owners by sharing feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve the platform.
