Molgas Energy Group is seeking an experienced EE QHSE Manager based in Italy to lead Quality, Health, Safety and Environment across our Eastern Europe operations. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, safety culture, and maintenance of ISO certifications, supporting operational excellence with strong leadership.

Competenze

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Master's Degree (Bac +5), preferably technical.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HSE regulations, and ISO standards (9001, 14001).
  • Experience with audits, risk management and management systems.
  • Fluent Italian (native) and English (professional). Greek is a plus.

We are looking for an EE QHSE Manager to lead and drive Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across our Eastern Europe operations.

Based in Italy, this role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, maintaining ISO certifications, and supporting operational excellence across the business.

The main objective of this position is to develop and implement the entity's QHSE strategy, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, strengthen safety performance, and continuously improve management systems, customer satisfaction, and environmental outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the entity's Quality, Health, Safety and Environment strategy and initiatives.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through active field presence with operations, projects, sales teams, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Maintain and manage ISO certifications and support continuous improvement plans.
  • Lead incident and accident investigations, define corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Manage QHSE KPIs, including severity and frequency indicators, and report performance to management.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, inspections, and response plans.
  • Act as the main coordinator during emergency situations involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify training needs and develop annual Health & Safety and Road Safety training plans.
  • Support communication with employees, certification bodies, consultants, customers, and authorities on QHSE matters.
  • Contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives and reporting activities.
  • Participate in audits, risk assessments, management reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage the department budget and coordinate external service providers when required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's Degree (Bac +5), preferably with a technical background.
  • Professional experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HSE regulations, industrial operations, and quality/environmental standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
  • Experience with audits, risk management, and management systems.
  • Languages: Italian (native level) and English (professional level) are required. Greek is a strong plus.
