Job summary

Accenture in Italy is seeking an Enterprise AI Value Strategist to advise clients on creating and capturing value from AI and data. You define enterprise and function-specific AI strategies, develop value cases and roadmaps, and lead transformations.

You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, shaping operating models, and defining governance to drive measurable business outcomes, including HR and talent transformation.

Qualifications

• AI & Data experience including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
• High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders and leading workstreams.
• Engineering mindset to apply technology to business problems.
• Strong program management and communication skills.
• Driven and entrepreneurial with go-to-market abilities.
• Fluency in Italian is required for Italian-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data and AI-led business reinvention.
• Define and structure data and AI strategy to build assets and technologies.
• Assess AI & data maturity and outline building blocks for an AI-first organization.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan partner ecosystems and operating models.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Support AI-enabled transformation of HR, Talent and Human Capital processes.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
