Accenture Italia seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who partners with client teams to deploy and operationalize AI platforms in real-world environments. You will own time-to-value, adoption velocity, reliability, and scalability, aligning technical outcomes with measurable business impact.

This role emphasizes rapid experimentation, end-to-end delivery, and the creation of reusable patterns and accelerators that empower the client's team after engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless).
• Experience deploying AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• End-to-end production delivery ownership in client-embedded environments.
• Ability to quantify and articulate business value of deployments to executives.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client engineering and business teams to deploy AI platforms in enterprise environments.
• Own production outcomes end-to-end: time-to-value, reliability, adoption, scalability with business metrics.
• Move from ambiguous problem to production-ready system via rapid prototyping and iterations.
• Design and govern AI architectures across identity, data, security, governance, and integration layers.
• Translate technical architecture into business impact for client leadership and executives.
• Create reusable patterns and playbooks that the client can own after engagement.
