Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI team member to serve as a pre-sales architect, guiding large enterprises on how to deploy Claude within their stacks. You will blend deep technical expertise with customer-facing skills to craft scalable LLM solutions that prioritize safety and reliability.

You will work with Sales, Product and Engineering to move customers from discovery to successful deployment, building evals and architectures that maximize Claude’s value for diverse use cases.

Qualifications

• Italian native or C1 with fluent English
• Experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including executives
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Comfortable with Python and familiar with LLM frameworks and tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers through their Claude adoption journey
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to audiences from engineers to executives
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into existing stacks
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance
• Identify common integration patterns and relay insights to Product and Engineering teams
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
• Maintain knowledge of latest developments in LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
