Job summary

Accenture PLC in Italy seeks an AI Large Language Model (LLM) Technology Architect to design and build advanced AI systems powering enterprise solutions. This hands-on role focuses on architecture, engineering, and delivering AI components across ML, generative AI, and agentic systems within client engagements.

You will craft ADRs, diagrams, and integration specifications, collaborating with data engineers and ML engineers to ensure security, observability, and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing & deploying enterprise grade AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML.
• Practical experience in the Agentic, LLM and Generative AI space.
• Well versed in coding using Python
• Solid foundation in architecting and operationalizing LLM driven architectures
• Professional experience in coding, ML, DL and NLP solutions
• Several years of hands-on ML architecture experience in industry

Responsibilities

• Independently design, build, and deliver AI software components end to end.
• Design AI agent architectures with multi-agent orchestration and memory systems.
• Evaluate design options balancing capability, cost, performance, and reliability.
• Build evaluation strategies measuring accuracy, relevance, and faithfulness.
• Architect foundation model integrations including fine-tuning and RAG.
• Develop context layer and memory components for grounded outputs.
• Establish governance, security, and observability across AI systems.
