Medtronic invites applications for an Enterprise Account Internship in Milan. You will support market analysis, account development opportunities, and strategic initiatives alongside Enterprise Account Managers and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in dashboards, AI prompts, and business planning within the healthcare sector. Start in October for six months, with a hybrid work model and 40 hours per week.

Competenze

• Recently graduated from a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Economics, Medical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support research and analysis of healthcare organizations, including activity volumes, technologies, priorities, market share, and revenue data.
• Support Account Planning for named Enterprise Accounts, collecting relevant information and analysis, including AI prompts.
• Assist in identifying criteria and evaluating potential new Enterprise Accounts.
• Help create, maintain, and update dashboards monitoring initiatives and product launch campaigns.
• Support preparation of presentation materials and training content for the Enterprise Account team.
• Collect, track, and summarize feedback from Account Managers and Operating Units regarding campaign progress.
• Develop AI prompts and agents to support day-to-day work and strategic planning for Enterprise Account Managers.
