Atlas Copco’s Product Company in Robassomero, Turin Area, Italy, seeks a Team Leader Engineering Support to lead product maintenance and industrialization efforts for piston, scroll, and OIS compressors. You will bridge design and industrialization, drive continuous improvement, ensure quality documentation, and inspire the engineering team to excel.

Competenze

Willingness to grow in team coordination/management and people coaching.

Strong drive to lead, inspire and overcome challenges.
Engineering degree and/or several years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of machine design environments (CAD tools, PLM, BOM, calculation tools) and related engineering concepts.
Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

Develop tools and processes for introducing new design items and maintaining the current portfolio.
Ensure punctual documentation release of new products to optimize design industrialization; support R&D project leaders.
Manage project priorities, continuous improvement tasks, and quality support per specifications.
Lead Product Quality and Project Committee meetings to drive technical, quality, and cost projects from feasibility to industrialization.
Contribute to team improvements and ensure drawings, BOMs, and documentation meet Harmonized Regulations.
Promote maintenance of product grouping, CE documentation, trade compliance, and relevant directives with reliable reporting.
