TeamSystem is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to build core services for the AI Platform, including LLM gateways, MCP infrastructure, and AI agent lifecycle management. You will design scalable platform capabilities and collaborate with AI Engineers and product teams to enable AI-powered applications.

The role requires 4-5+ years in platform/cloud/backend engineering, strong software skills, and proficiency in English (B2).

Competenze

• Strong software engineering and problem solving skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with Python backend development (we use FastAPI).
• Interest in AI technologies and building platforms enabling AI adoption at scale.
• Good understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
• Proficiency in English (B2).

In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for building the TeamSystem core AI-bricks running LLMs, agentic AI and MCP servers.

In particular, you will:

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 4-5 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, backend engineering, or similar roles;
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, containers, and Infrastructure as Code;
• Familiarity with Python backend development (we use FastAPI);
• Interest in AI technologies and in building platforms that enable AI adoption at scale;
• Good understanding of software architecture and scalable system design;
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or MCP servers, as well as familiarity with observability, monitoring and telemetry solutions, platform engineering and developer experience initiatives, and AI governance, security, or cost management topics will be considered a plus.

• Total compensation: € 41.000 - € 52.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
