Greentalent is seeking an Engineering Leader to drive multi-disciplinary coordination for EP/EPC projects in anaerobic digestion. You will lead engineers to meet time, cost, and quality goals, shaping interfaces and managing outsourcing to ensure workload stability.

You will collaborate with Site & Commissioning, Application Engineering, and stakeholders to assess feasibility and deliver results that support circular economy and renewable energy outcomes.

As Engineering Leader you will drive multi-disciplinary engineering coordination for EP/EPC projects in anaerobic digestion. You’ll lead engineers to meet time, cost, and quality goals, shaping the interfaces between disciplines and with stakeholders. You’ll manage outsourcing decisions and resource planning to maintain a stable workload and prevent overruns. You’ll partner with Site & Commissioning and Application Engineering to ensure seamless execution and feasibility assessment. This role offers impact on circular economy initiatives and renewable energy outcomes.

• Assign tasks to engineers based on workload and competencies while respecting schedules and quality
• Foster flawless interaction among engineering disciplines and stakeholders to minimize gaps
• Empower Project Engineers as accountable for engineering coordination on projects
• Increase accountability across organizational levels
• Assess outsourcing needs and select capable providers prioritizing delivery time and quality
• Oversee internal and outsourced resource planning to avoid idle time, overlaps, emergencies, and budget overruns
• Provide regular progress reporting to the Director of Project Execution
• Collaborate with Site & Commissioning Leader to align engineering with construction tasks
• Coordinate with the Application Engineering Department to assess BoP feasibility and risks
• Promote a proactive, conflict-aware work environment
• Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent: Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical)
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering for industrial plants with EP/EPC/EPCM exposure
• Preferred experience in anaerobic digestion, biogas, RNG, wastewater treatment, or organic waste processing
