Our Client, a global leader in glass packaging, offers an 18‑month Graduate Program for engineers. You will learn processes and technologies, rotate across European plants, and study onsite with remote group learning. After the program, you’ll be assigned to an Italian plant as a Production Engineer, leading a line or supporting mould/maintenance teams.

The program emphasizes safety, excellence, and career growth within a modern manufacturing environment, with housing support provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering with honors, to be completed this year or already completed.
• CEFR level for Italian and English at least B2.

Mansioni

Our Client is a global leader in glass packaging, designing and producing innovative and sustainable glass containers for major food and beverage brands worldwide. For their Graduate Program, we have been entrusted with the search and selection for the following position:

As a company committed to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement, it invests in developing future professionals through structured learning, international exposure, and career growth opportunities within its advanced manufacturing environment. They have created a best-in-class, 18 months long, engineering program designed as a deep dive into the glass industry: during their Graduate Program you will learn everything about their processes and technologies.

Main activities:

• It will be a very practical experience: you will work and study in their plants, shoulder to shoulder with their best managers and glassmakers, experiencing first-hand the glass manufacturing activities.
• During this experience you will be assigned to one of their plants. While you experience first-hand how to work and cooperate in a glassmaking plant, you will also study remotely with Graduate Engineers from all over Europe: the Program is a blend of onsite work and remote group learning.
• During the Program, for 5 months you will join an international group working on rotation across some of the best plants of the Group in Europe, before returning to your assigned plant to complete the path
• At the end of the Graduate Program you will have developed an in-depth knowledge of the industry: you will be assigned to one of Group’s Italian plants as a Production Engineer - you will become the leader of a glass production line, an engineer in the mould or maintenance shops, or work as a furnace engineer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering completed with honors this year, or planned to be completed by the end of this year
• Passionate about manufacturing processes and activities, and willing to work in the heat and noise of their factories shop floors as a manufacturing engineer
• CEFR level for both Italian and English at least B2
• Smart, passionate, innovative, culturally open, curious and collaborative profile

Place of work

During the Graduate Program you will be working and studying in the plants of the Group; you will receive a housing allowance from the company.

Remote working from home will not be possible. All remote learning activities will be conducted during your working hours from your assigned plant.

Salary range: EUR 32.000 - 36.000 gross/year + Housing Allowance
