Syngenta is seeking an Engineering FinOps Lead to drive financial health, FinOps, sustainability and portfolio governance across the engineering organization. You will connect engineering activity, cost and outcomes to enable transparent investment decisions.

The role collaborates with engineering, product and scientific teams to translate complex needs into practical, scalable solutions while upholding high standards for quality, documentation and AI-assisted engineering.

• Demonstrable experience in Vendor governance and procurement.
• Demonstrable experience in Engineering fluency.
• Demonstrable experience in Data-driven reporting and visualisation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Bonus Points
• Experience in agriculture, life sciences, scientific computing or a regulated enterprise environment.
• Experience building platforms, products or services used by multiple internal teams.
• Experience working in distributed, international engineering organisations.
