We are seeking a committed and professionally driven Agronomist to join our Raw Materials & Agricultural Projects team within Global R&I. Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct field assessments and agronomic evaluations to ensure continuous improvement across our raw material supply chains
• Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural trials and research initiatives
• Collaborate closely with growers, technical partners, and internal cross‑functional teams to promote sustainable and high‑quality agricultural practices
• Produce clear, accurate documentation and contribute to structured reporting aligned with internal standards
• Actively embody our values in interactions with partners and colleagues while contributing to a transparent, constructive working environment

Your Profile:

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience: previous experience in technical assistance or supply chain coordination roles is preferred
• Strong knowledge of crop management and sustainable cultivation methods
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate field observations into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering respectful and solution oriented collaboration
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage

Availability for frequent business travel (approx. 50% of working time), including continuous intercontinental assignments of 5 months
