Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Venice, seeks an Engineering Coordination Lead to support the Engineering department with administrative and coordination tasks at Hotel Danieli. You will manage technical documents, maintenance records, and archives while coordinating budgets and supplier activities.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in similar settings, with fluent Italian and strong Excel skills. Based in Venice, full-time with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
• Experience in technical/maintenance environments is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with CMMS and ERP systems.
• Fluent Italian; good written and spoken English.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain technical documentation, maintenance logs, permits, and archives.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for maintenance interventions.
• Support creation and management of technical archives.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier docs, and contractor agreements.
• Assist in budgeting for the Engineering department.
• Prepare reports on costs and performance.
• Organize meetings and minutes; track follow-ups.
• Coordinate correspondence for Engineering.
• Support audits, certifications, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR for information flow.
• Coordinate calendars and planning for the team.
• Ensure filing and record retention per standards.
