Stellantis is seeking a Test Engineer in Italy to ensure the functionality and reliability of engine components through on-engine and bench tests. You will work with data acquisition tools and collaborate with design and quality teams to identify root causes and accelerate feedback to production and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2–5 years of related experience, with strong instrumentation and English communication skills.

Competenze

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in engine testing or measurements.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and instrumentation.

Mansioni

• Set up test plans and define measurement types, timing, and tools.
• Set up benches for components analysis and testing for functionality and reliability.
• Perform measurements on engine test benches and vehicles with instrumentation.
• Manage data acquisition, recording and post-processing with reports.
• Provide technical supervision on instrumentation needs and functionality.
• Inspect and analyze test engines and components for durability and troubleshooting.
• Share failure data with team, quality dept, plants and suppliers.
• Support production plants and suppliers with feedback on quality items.
• Highlight critical situations and contribute to recovery plans.
