Oliver Wyman in Milan, Italy, seeks an Engagement Manager in our Insurance and Asset Management practice. You will lead client engagements, guide project teams, and shape actionable recommendations across strategy, finance, risk, and operations.

You will develop junior colleagues, manage stakeholder relationships, and travel as required. This permanent, hybrid role offers a market-leading package and growth opportunities within a global consultancy.

Competenze

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or similar
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance sector (strategy, finance, risk, operations)
• Experience leading project teams and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels
• Fluency in English and Italian; willingness to travel as required

• Lead day-to-day delivery of client engagements from problem definition to recommendations and implementation planning
• Structure complex business problems and oversee analyses to generate insights
