Mott MacDonald is seeking multiple Project Managers to lead multidisciplinary FEED and Detailed Design energy projects in Europe, supporting the Energy Transition portfolio. You will deliver projects across feasibility, FEED, and detailed design phases while coordinating with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders.

You will drive delivery to time, quality, and cost, manage risks, and contribute to improving project management processes and efficiency across multi-country teams

Competenze

• Proven delivery of multidisciplinary energy sector design projects.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Knowledge of change, risk, schedule and cost management.
• Ability to make complex decisions and ensure policy adherence.
• Promotes health, safety and wellbeing.
• Engineering or management degree or relevant PM experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative across cross-functional teams across countries.
• Experience across all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Deliver Project Management for complex Energy projects such as OCGT and CCGT projects at feasibility, FEED and detailed design phases
• Delivering project scope to time quality and cost
• Building and managing strong relationships with senior client representatives as well as internal stakeholders
• Establishing effective communications across the whole project delivery team
• Taking the lead on problem solving and decision making
• Controlling internal and external commercial aspects of the project under the contract arrangements
• Managing risk to the business and to the client
