Job summary

Coesia, a global leader in automation and packaging solutions based in Bologna, invites applications for a Patent Attorney to join the energy storage devices machine group. The role offers a multidisciplinary environment spanning mechanics, electronics and AI applied to packaging and automated machines.

You will work with R&D, Legal and external IP firms to protect intellectual property, conduct prior-art searches, FTO analyses and draft patent applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven patent attorney experience.
• Fluent Italian and English required for cross-functional collaboration.
• European or national patent qualification or EQE trainees considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prior art searches and FTO analyses.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications for energy storage devices.
• Coordinate with R&D, Legal and external IP firms to protect IP assets.
